YOGA and MASSAGE for PAIN RELIEF
Particular yoga stretches for localised blockages or tense muscles combined with soothing massage techniques.
You will also receive 10mins of stretches that you will need to do that evening before bed.
The same for the following morning and evening
(for 3 days after your session)
Different techniques to do each day........ which i will send you via video or text explanations.
After 3 days, the pain should be gone or very close to completely gone.
You may need a follow up session a week later.
